"Got what I needed"
I found the part I was looking for easily and everything was fine overall, one of the parts ended up being backordered but at least I was able to get what I needed and it wasn’t a big hassle.

I got my Horizon Hobby order i was kind of too mentally drained to deal with any issues, so it was a relief that everything was correct. The parts matched what I picked, nothing was missing, and the quantities were right too. Simple, but that’s exactly what I needed. Always nice when an order shows up and you don’t have to email support or sort out a problem.

i had to send one thing back and figured the refund was going to take ages. but they sent me an email update, and the money was back in my account just a few days later. i didn’t have to follow up or chase anyone, which was a relief. smooth experience overall.

ordering a replacement part from horizonhobby was smooth. The thing I appreciated most was how clear the instructions were. I didn’t have to sit there guessing whether the part would fit my model or what I was supposed to do next. The pages loaded without any issues, the details were easy to understand, and checkout was simple. I’m not the most techy person, so having clear info really helped. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d definitely use them again

"Decent order, but the ESC has me wondering"
I ordered a few RC parts from Horizon Hobby and the shipping was totally fine. Everything showed up without any drama, but one of the ESCs started acting weird after just a couple runs. Support was helpful, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just kind of wonder if I got a bad unit or maybe that batch wasn’t the best, because the electronics didn’t feel as solid as I expected.
